What are We Studying Then?

We are studying the ins and outs and origins of our breath, soul and mind. These three things make us real and interactive and for some reason we are always on a quest to know why. The answers are in front of us and under our noses but – they are as clear as the Air. Together each of us own a tiny piece of noesis and together we can declare the Air is as clear as our Minds and our unseen or viewable Intelligence is matched to the clarity of our breath and souls.

Knowing thyself means knowing your breath, your soul and your mind. Psychology is studying these three things to know thyself, the study of self.
